Refund Policy

Eligibility

This policy applies to paid enrollments in Repo Management Digital courses arranged offline. The website itself does not process payments.

Timeframe

You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment if you have not accessed more than 20% of course materials and have not attended a live session.

Full or partial refunds

Full refunds apply when the eligibility window and access limits above are met. Partial refunds of 50% may be offered if you withdraw between day 8 and day 14 and have completed fewer than half of the modules. After day 14, or after completing half the materials, fees are generally non-refundable.

Non-refundable items

Private consulting add-ons, on-site Jeju workshop travel deposits, and third-party exam fees (if any) are non-refundable once confirmed.

Refund process

Email hello@repo-management.digital with your full name, course name, payment date, and reason. We confirm eligibility within 3 business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank transfer refunds may take longer depending on your institution.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of course fees paid.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or mandatory military service may qualify for extended consideration outside the standard windows. Decisions are made case by case.
